My Pickle Roster ("the Service") is a free scheduling tool that lets organizers create pickleball events and share a link for players to join. By using the Service, as an organizer or as a player joining an event, you agree to these terms.

Organizer accounts require a name, email, and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Players can join an event using a shared link without creating an account.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and accounts should only be created by someone capable of agreeing to these terms.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter — event details, your name, contact information, notes, and self-reported playing level. We don't verify the identity, skill level, or intentions of any organizer or player.

Don't use the Service to harass or impersonate others, post false or misleading event information, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, scrape or automate access to the Service, or use it for anything illegal.

My Pickle Roster helps people coordinate events — it does not organize, supervise, staff, or take any responsibility for what happens at an event. We don't select or inspect venues, don't vet organizers or players, and don't guarantee the accuracy of anyone's self-reported skill level or contact information.

Playing pickleball, like any physical activity, carries inherent risk of injury. By organizing or joining an event through the Service, you assume that risk. Any dispute, injury, property damage, or other incident arising at or around an event is between the people involved — organizers and players — and not the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Pickle Roster and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or dispute arising from an event organized through the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or remove any account or event that violates these terms, or at our discretion for any reason, including to protect the Service or its users.

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
